🍃 Unpredictability is a childhood adversity that contributes to mental health problems

In this population-based cohort study, Glynn et al. tested the contribution of childhood unpredictability to mental health outcomes in ~30,000 participants, examining the relative and additive roles of adverse childhood experiences and unpredictability as risk factors for mental health problems.
